ISO 9001 awarded to “The Smile of the Child”
Over these past days, “The Smile of the Child” completed successfully the Quality Management System (QMS) process thanks to the support of TÜV AUSTRIA HELLAS a leading Auditing, Inspection and Certification body. Ioannis Kallias CEO of TÜV AUSTRIA HELLAS and Maria Agapitou Alternate Director of Operations at the Division of Certification of TÜV AUSTRIA HELLAS awarded the Certificate of ISO 9001:2015 to the President of the Board of Directors of “The Smile of the Child”, Mr. Costas Yannopoulos. The award ceremony took place with the participation of the personnel of both organizations on the occasion of a small party that was organized at the premises of TÜV AUSTRIA HELLAS. With the aim to support the work of “The Smile of the Child”, TÜV AUSTRIA HELLAS organized a Christmas Bazaar where employees as well as partners of the company made their Christmas shopping in support of the cause for children.
The partnership between “The Smile of the Child” and TÜV AUSTRIA HELLAS begun in 2013 and since then a longstanding relationship of love and giving has been established between the company and organization. The company has undertaken free-of-charge the auditing control and certifications required for the effective operation of
“The Smile of the Child”, while it supports its work for children on every occasion through monetary and in-kind donations.
The President of the Organization “The Smile of the Child” said: “For all of us, at “The Smile” TÜV AUSTRIA HELLAS does not only represent a supporter, but a precious member of our family. Since 2013 they are next to us by offering their services and covering our various needs of our Organization, always with positive support”.
The Smile of the Child” in the framework of the policy to ensure the quality of its services and constantly upgrade its operations and provided services implements a Quality Management System on the management of co-funded projects, according to the ISO 9001:2015 provided from TÜV AUSTRIA HELLAS.
