Medical examinations
Over the course of time "The Smile of the Child" has been handling thousands of cases of children, who can not gain access to medical services, either because they belong to socially vulnerable groups or are not covered by any proper insurance.
Taking this annoying reality into consideration, "The Smile of the Child" has developed through time and is proud to provide free medical services addressed to children in need.
These medical services have received the approval of the competent Medical Association of Athens and the Organization performs them under strict licenses.
Children get the right to receive quality medical services such as,
- Pediatric examination
- Optological examination,
- Otolaryngological examination
The examinations are performed only on appointment. The above services are provided in Athens, at the Polyclinic of the Organization - at 6 Omirou Street, 10564 Athens, contact phone number 210-7483655 - where the following clinics operate:
- Pediatric,
- Ophthalmology,
- Otolaryngology.
The clinics operate with qualified doctors, each in charge of the corresponding specialty, Pediatrician, Ophthalmologist, Otolaryngologist.
The Polyclinic of “The Smile of the Child” is primarily staffed by the scientific and administrative personnel of the Organization, as well as volunteer doctors and nurses.
