Georgia is 16 years old and lives with her mum and two younger siblings. They live in a small apartment, the four of them, since her father was removed from the home due to persistent domestic violence.
His removal spared the family from violence and fear, but deprived the family of their only income.
So today, they need support to cover themselves:
- Georgia’s educational needs, including tutoring for her national Greek exams and English classes
- the needs of her two younger siblings, especially 8-year-old Vassilis, who has diabetes and requires medical and pharmaceutical care.
- the food, clothing and shoes they need
- the mother's need to find work immediately, so that the family can get back on its feet
- the emotional & psychological support, security and care they have been missing all these years
