The Smile of the Child makes every effort to ensure that the information provided on its Website is complete and accurate. At all events, users/visitors of the website www.hamogelo.gr accept unconditionally and to the full all the Terms and Conditions of Use and comply fully with them. Use of the Website by minors is only allowed with the explicit consent of their parents or legal guardians.

At all events, their presence and exposure on the website www.hamogelo.gr does not constitute in any way a conveyance or concession of copyright.

Users/Visitors Responsibility

Users of the website www.hamogelo.gr are obliged to comply with all national, European and international legislation and forbear from any illegal, illicit and/or undue use of the content and services provided by the website www.hamogelo.gr and from any illegal, illicit and/or undue activity while using the Website and in association to it. The non-profit association The Smile of the Child reserves the right to unilaterally modify or update the Website Terms of Use, in accordance with the association's needs and the trade practices. The Smile of the Child has the responsibility of informing users for any amendment or change, through the Website. Any possible relevant amendment shall form part of this section. At all events, The Smile of the Child reserves the right to modify the Terms of Personal Data Protection after informing the users/visitors and within the present and/or prospective legal framework. Should a user/visitor not agree with the Terms of Personal Data Protection stated in this section, they must refrain from using the services provided by the Website.

  • You are responsible for the information and content you submit and you, not the Agency, are fully responsible for the information and content, including the statement of your age, which should be accurate. The Agency is not responsible if the content of the report includes false or inaccurate information communicated to it through the use of the application.
  • You consent to the disclosure of any information in your report, including any audiovisual material, to public authorities for possible investigation.
  • You have been informed that in case of imminent danger, any information should be communicated to the Agency by calling the National SOS Children's Hotline 1056 and not by using the reporting form available on the Cybertipline application
