"The Smile of the Child" participates in the 36th Athens Authentic Marathon

"The Smile of the Child"’ honors the memory of its 10-year-old founder, Andreas Yannopoulos and participates in the 36th Athens Authentic Marathon, on Sunday the 11th of November 2018. We follow the encouragement of Andreas: ‘So let’s all help, if we all unite we will succeed’ and we spread the message from Marathon to the Panathenaic Stadium of Athens.
From early in the morning professionals and volunteers of the Organization together with the team of Kärcher will support the Municipality of Marathon.
In addition, the ‘Run Smile Run’ team which consists of 130 runners (professional staff, volunteers, the team of Bayer, the team of Teleperformance) runs from Marathon to the Panathenaic Stadium of Athens and will spread the message of the Organization for the Smile of every child!
During the event ‘The Smile of the Child’ based on its mobile medical units staffed by doctors, professional personnel and volunteers will provide its services to anyone who will need medical coverage. At the same time, doctors of the Organization will participate in the medical team of the Marathon Run offering their services to the finish line.
