Taking that in consideration, «The Smile of
the Child» staffed with qualified personnel,
social workers and psychologists, provides holistic support to the family,
covering all its needs.
Sometimes is necessary to "educate" the parents so to act efficiently and to
assume the responsibilities corresponding to them.
The applicable process is versatile, expertise is required and the support
project is considered successful when the family support is completed within a
reasonable time (specific criteria, evaluation).
Our Social Workers and Psychologists conduct home visits in order to have a
complete and detailed view of the family needs and conditions in which they
live.
Communication with each family is effected on a consistent time basis by an
"online Communication" procedure.
In addition to the other requirements, the material support is carried on a
steady monthly basis, except in emergencies.
However, it is important to note that every family is different, so the support
we provide is adjusted according to each family needs.
Our objective is to put the family back on track so to be able to run its course without support.
