On 9/7/2004, Artur Carja, almost 12 years old, was disappeared from Elbasan Albania. He has brown hair, dark brown eyes, height 1,30 m. and he is a thin boy. There is information, in Albania, that the child might be transferred in Greece and might be a victim of commercial exploitation.
