Business Development
Our business development group is critical to the continuation of our services and vision. They research grant acquisitions and the funding organization's management strategy to develop proposals that respond to the fund’s giving principles. The following are some of the activities performed by this group:
- Prospecting potential donors, and managing these relationships - from identifying donors - to proposal preparation - to the granting of funds.
- Maintaining accurate and timely records for the funding source.
- Administering the grant proposal, monitoring the success of the program, and abiding by the prerequisite reporting structure designed by the funding source.
- Conforming to the regulations set forth as per EN ISO 9001:2015 - a quality assurance system for co-funded projects, as certified from TUV Austria Hellas
